I know darn tootin' well what this is.
But I still have to clean it up, no matter how gross it is.
So let's just pretend it's some spilled chocolate sauce and not at all the remains of a feline operated gecko disembowelment procedure...
Yeah... that works for me...

Randomness
We never know what we are going to see when we go pick up daddy...
This day the sonar dome was being pumped and you can see how the the nose is sticking up out of the water...
Daddy also has to bring his nice homemade quilt home because it isn't "Authorized Government Issued Linens". Pppbbbbtttttt!!!!
He still really likes it though...
Jimmy and daddy got hair cuts.
Jimmy is getting better about home cuts, but he still is awfully wiggly!
Eewww... looks like he's wearing a sweater!

Silly Boy Goodness!
Both boys but especially Joey like to climb up on anything they can, and then jump off.
This stool is a great favorite jumping object because of its mobility.
Sorry for the tilt on this one, but you get an idea. I was on the stairs watching him, but mostly trying not to laugh as he grunted the stool around upstairs.
We also has started acclimating Joey to the potty. He likes sitting on it and pee-ing...
He hasn't quite figured out he has to have his diaper and pants off first...
Jimy helped me make chocolate chip cookies.
He found out how long 8-10 minutes can be when cookies are involved.

Jimmy and some of his presents
Jimmy also got to go shopping for himself for his birthday money.
The two biggest scores of the day were this collapsing bridge he has re-named "Galloping Gertie"
And this marble run.
There were so many pieces for this marble run that there was enough to build a big one for Jimmy and a small one for Joey.
They both played nicely for at least an hour until a flying black streak pounced on the towers, scattering pieces and causing COMPLETE PANDEMONIUM for a few very long, noisy minutes.
Some flying streak of fur really really wanted the marbles, but we won't name names here...
*AHEM*

My own personal time capsule. Also known as my camera!
I had a major load of pictures backlogged in my camera! Sorry, I will get caught up.
Somebody turned 4!
This year he asked for a chocolate rainbow cake, balloons, party hats and party blowers.
And presents...
Jimmy enjoys the Honey Bee Tree game... it's very noisy!
After dinner as I heard the boys approaching from their after dinner walk, I lit up the candle so we would be ready to sing as soon as Jimmy walked in.
Unfortunately, the cheapo candle only had about 1/2" of quick burning wick in it, so it burnt out before the boys walked in.
Much cursing and a few moments later Jimmy blew out the ever festive tealight. He didn't much care...thank goodness!
Joey kept sneaking tastes...
Chocolate rainbow cake doesn't last long in this house.
