A Challenging year ahead!

Christmas run down

Here is a quick run down of all the activities around here...

Grandpa and Grandma drove up for a visit.
Grandma and Joey had a quiet conversation over lunch.


Then it was Grandpa's turn.



There were many gifts to unwrap! Whoo hoo!

Jimmy helped make the breakfast casserole. Mostly through quality control and supervision.

Lesson learned

Today I learned something new...


A chocolate rainbow cake does not have a very long lifespan in this house. - not a huge surprise-


A "heavy glass dome" will not protect it.


Some one will help themselves.













And really enjoy it!

Joey's first visit to Santa, after we untangled his (Santa's) beard out of his (Joey's) grubby little fingers...


Jimmy wasn't excited to see Santa this year, but still asked him for a "Train, please!"


Then he supervised Jeff putting up the tree...


And posed for a cute picture!

This lolcat struck me as particularly funny, although that's not how I squeeze cats!

Soon Joey will be able to do this with out help...

We've gotten the "cheese" part down...

Now we just have to work on the nice smile with the eyes open part!



I don't know what they're talking about, but I'm sure world domination is a part of it!

This pretty much sums it up for around here...

So we were inside all weekend as we are still without a car!




*side note in defense of my Vader-like breathing*
You may have noticed my heavy breathing in the videos... there are two good reasons for this!
First, the microphone on the camera is pointed towards me and is very sensitive!
Second, I have usually just run around looking for the camera!
