Cookie mystery!

This For Better or For Worse strip was printed a week or so ago and really made me snort.


This is Joey after 1/2 of a cookie.


We baked cookies yesterday.


Jimmy liked using the cookie cutters all by himself.


We made these special name cookies .



I went out to shovel the walk and when I came back in, this is all that was left.


I wonder who did that.

We're Thankful!

For Kitty shaped peanut butter sandwiches!

For being able to blame the other brother...


Or the cat!


For train sweaters and backpacks!


For going on walks to the park!

Halloweenies!

Grandpa Jim, Grandma Terrie and Uncle Ian came to visit for Halloween!
We all had a great time. The Jims decorated halloween cookies.

Joey got to help a little, too!

Jimmy had a big lead on us and we eventually split up...

He slowed down pretty quickly...


and then was carried the last half of the route...


Jimmy enjoyed it, too, in his stuffed chicken suit.

Sunday was haircut day for all the boys.
Jimmy did fine for his. He's an old pro by now...


This was Joey's first haircut. He wasn't so sure about it...

He was still mad for a while.


He was alright the next day!


Jimmy was just fine, too.



Dady also enoyed a calm morning with his boys, donuts and Thomas.

We had a great weekend. Very busy and exhausting, apparently.


Don't look at me like that. I'm sure I'm not the only one to fall asleep at dinner. With no pants on...

The berry picking was good. The rainy week made what was left of the berries fat and juicy.

Jimmy touched it once, just to check...


I wanted to eat it. Daddy put the poor traumatized thing back in a tree.


Back to running with pinwheels. Jimmy was pretending to be a train on the track.


That Brother of mine, he's train-crazy!

Mama made cake yesterday! I was asleep so I didn't get to help.
